The CHAKRI dynasty was founded by King Rama I, who also built the renowned CHAKRI PALACE. The CHAKRI PALACE, a most fitting name for a restaurant, preserves the tradition of Royal Thai cuisine.

The CHAKRI PALACE and RAINFOREST BISTRO chain of restaurants offers a myriad of flavours to suit discerning taste buds. Only the finest ingredients are used by our Award-winning chefs to ensure the perfect preparation and presentation of classic, centuries-old recipes.

Our flagship outlet in KLCC started business on the 6th of April 1999 serving Authentic Thai Cuisine. This is also the reason why Royal Thai Cuisine has become a trademark for all Chakri Palace outlets.

Most importantly our restaurants does not prepare food with MSG and we use cholesterol free oil for cooking and distilled water is served to ensure the best for our customer’s consumption.

Rotol Food-Chain moved into another era with the opening of our Rainforest Bistro Café in Sunway Pyramid in the year of 2003 and Rainforest Café in KL Convention Centre in June 2005 serving Fusion Food and wide range of Beverages.

Chakri Palace Restaurants are recognized as one of the “TOP 10 Restaurants” in Kuala Lumpur . We plan to expand our business to other major cities in Malaysia and franchising our brand name “Chakri Palace” locally and to the overseas and be recognized as the “Quality Food People”.
