PAYMENT

1. Which payment methods does Chakri Palace online shop offer?

To bring you the best online shopping experience, we offer multiple payment methods:

  • Credit/ Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Online Banking
  • Direct Bank Transfer (For company purchase only with Letter of Undertaking)
  • Local Order (For government purchase only)

All online banking and credit/debit card payment are processed by MOLPay, a leading Malaysia online payment gateway provider via their secure one-click payment system.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Do you keep my credit card details?

Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within an MOLPay secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information before and after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our secure payment processor server.

3. Can I use a credit card which is not under my name to place an order?

We can assist you in this case; however, it is not encouraged in terms of transaction safety. If you want to use a credit card which is not under your name, please contact us through sales@chakri.com.my so we can provide assistance. We may need you to send us a copy of the cardholder’s ID and credit card.

4. Where can I request an official tax invoice?

When you purchase online here, you will be sent an official tax invoice to your email for GST claim. If you having any issue, please send your request to sales@chakri.com.my. We will assist you right away.

5. How can I know if my payment was successful or fail?

An email notification of whether your payment was successful or not will be sent to you once your order has been confirmed. You also will be receiving your payment status notification via SMS after payment has been completed.

6. Why was my order charged wrong amount?

Your order might subject to 6% GST. If your order was indeed charged wrong amount, please contact us at sales@chakri.com.my. We will assist you right away.

 

ONLINE PURCHASE, SEAT CONFIRMATION & REDEMPTION

1. If I already made the payment does that means I have secure my seat?

No. You have to do a reservation to confirm your seat. You need to check with our restaurant’s staff on the availability of seat at your preferred branch outlet after you made the online purchase and payment. We recommend you to do reservation first and then make the online purchase & payment to secure your seat. This is a way to ensure your Ramadhan buffet reservation is SECURED.

2. Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email and SMS right after you have placed your order.
We will also send email and SMS notifications to keep you updated frequently on your order status.

3. How do I make reservation?

For reservation, you can call our outlet at 03-2143 1141 (Chakri Palace, Pavilion KL), 03-2382 7788 / 032382 0887 (Chakri Palace, Suria KLCC) or our friendly marketing executive at 016-2277 182.

4. Can I cancel my online purchase?

No cancellation will be accepted after the payment has been made. You may amend the reservation date and time but of course it’s all subject to availability.

5. How do I do redemption for my Ramadhan Buffet purchase?

Okay the process is simple. After you have made a reservation, you need to make a purchase online to secure your reservation. After the payment has been completed, you will receive an e-mail from us containing the details of the purchase.

Please print and present the receipt when you come to dine as per your reservation. Our staff will make necessary billing on that day and issue you with computer generated receipt. If you having difficulties printing the online purchase receipt, just let us know the ORDER NUMBER and we will be happy to assist you.

6. Do you offer any special corporate rate?

HALAL INQUIRY

1. Is Chakri Palace certified Halal by JAKIM Malaysia?

Chakri Palace is yet to be certified with Halal Status by JAKIM Malaysia. However food served at Chakri Palace is prepared from Halal ingredients and accordance to Halal specifications manner. In addition, all our suppliers are certified Halal by JAKIM Malaysia.

2. But non-Halal beverages are being served at Chakri Palace?

Yes, we do serve Non-Halal beverages. But the beverages are stored at separate chiller. Furthermore, Non- Halal beverages are also served using specific type of glassware.

3. Does Chakri Palace intend to obtain for Halal certification?
Chakri Palace have planned to apply for the Halal status in future when the Management and operation team is ready for to commit fully.

Chakri Palace is currently applying HACCP and Good Catering Practice (GCP) Program at all kitchen. At Chakri Palace, we have a number of Muslim staffs both local and foreigner working at Kitchen and Floor.
